ShelfPulse (“the Extension”) is a Chrome extension that helps HomeDepot suppliers collect and export Return-to-Vendor (RTV) data from the DirectCommerce supplier portal. This policy explains how the Extension handles information.
The Extension reads the following data only when you actively start a collection:
The Extension may store locally in chrome.storage.local:
hdLang). We strongly respect your privacy. We do not and will never sell, rent, or share your email address or any personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell personal data. (California users: we do not sell personal information as defined under applicable “Do Not Sell” laws.)

When you activate or re-validate a license, data sent to DodoPayments typically includes:
Your email may be stored on our servers when you complete a purchase (as provided by the payment flow) or use “Recover Key by Email,” solely for fulfillment and support. We do not sell email addresses or use them for unrelated marketing.
RTV data you export is under your control once saved to disk. You are responsible for protecting those files.
ShelfPulse is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive to ensure that exports (including CSV and JSON) reflect what appears in your DirectCommerce portal, we do not warrant that the Extension will be error-free, complete, or uninterrupted.
You agree to independently verify exported RTV data before using it for financial reporting, accounting, claims, or disputes with Home Depot, DirectCommerce, or any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither ShelfPulse nor its operators or developers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Extension.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Extension shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the ShelfPulse license (e.g. the one-time license fee, currently USD $89 if that applies to your purchase).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected here and may be noted in Chrome Web Store release notes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
