Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the Extension does not meet your expectations or fails to work with your DirectCommerce portal within 7 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
How to request a refund
- Email support@shelfpulse.net within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your original purchase email and order reference provided by DodoPayments.
- Refunds are processed through our payment provider (DodoPayments) and usually post to your account within 5–7 business days.
Please note: After a refund is issued, your License Key will be immediately deactivated and the Extension’s paid export features will be locked.
