Install ShelfPulse from the Chrome Web Store, log in to DirectCommerce, and navigate to the RTV Summary list page.

Will this extension affect my DirectCommerce account security?
The extension only reads data from pages you're already logged into. It does not store credentials or send requests to third-party servers. Built-in anti-rate-limit logic (random delays + circuit breaker) mimics natural browsing and won't trigger anomaly detection.
How is the free "3-month" quota calculated?
It's based on the cumulative number of months collected, not calendar time. Example: collecting January 2025 uses 1 month; collecting November and December 2024 uses 2 more — totaling 3. After that, an upgrade is required.
How do I activate my License Key after purchase?
Your License Key will be emailed within 1–5 minutes of completing checkout. Click the ShelfPulse icon in your Chrome toolbar, select "Enter License Key", paste it, and click Activate. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or contact support@shelfpulse.net.
What fields are included in the exported CSV?
All fields from the DirectCommerce RTV detail pages: month, return order number, SKU, product name, store number, return quantity, return amount, reason, status, and more. Exact fields depend on your account.
Which browsers are supported?
Currently supports Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Microsoft Edge, Brave). A Firefox version is not yet available.
